The City health plan allows for preventative care for adults and children at 100% for each covered person.
This would include services such as:
- Well baby
- School athletic physical
- Well-woman /PAP smear
- Mammogram
- Prostate exams

Your in-house source for primary health care needs!
Who is eligible to access the clinic?
Anyone on either Plan A or Plan B of the City's insurance plan who are:
- Active Employees
- Retirees
- Spouse
- Children
Services provided similar to a Primary Care Physician.
For Example:
- Health Risk Assessments
- Conditions typically covered include: Allergies, Colds, Flu, Asthma, Hypertension, Diabetes, High Cholesterol.
- Wellness check-ups, School physicals, Well-women physicals
- Routine Lab-work
All Services provided within the Clinic are FREE to the member.
