• Full-time employees accrue 80 hours of vacation leave annually through the fifth year of service.
• After five complete years of employment, vacation leave increases to 120 hours through the tenth year of service; and 160 hours through the twentieth year of service.
• Part-time employees accrue five days of vacation leave after working 1000 hours in a calendar year.

Sick Leave

• Full-time employees accrue 15 days of sick leave annually
• Part-time employees accrue 7.5 days of sick leave annually after working 1000 hours in a calendar year

Sick leave may be used -

•  After three months of employment for:
  • Personal illness
  • Doctor or dentist appointments for self
  • Bereavement
  • Personal business (up to three days per calendar year)  

• After 12 months of employment for:
  • Care of immediate family member who is ill or injured
  • Doctor or dentist appointments for immediate family

Holidays

All full-time employees receive 12 paid holidays per year.
