Life Insurance

Employees receive $25,000 of term life insurance at no cost, with the option to purchase additional coverage. To purchase additional coverage
employees must complete a Cigna Life Insurance Application.

Short Term Disability

Employees with non-job related illness or injury may be eligible to receive up to 60% of salary for one year if they are unable to perform the essential functions of their jobs.

Long Term Disability

Employees with non-job related illness or injury may also be eligible to receive up to 60% of salary for a second year if they are still unable to perform the essential functions of their jobs, or longer if the employee is unable to perform any job for which they reasonably qualify.
