Filling out the Volunteer Application Forms are the first step in turning your talents and skills into positive action for your community. At this time the Volunteer Application Forms can be downloaded and printed but cannot be completed or submitted online.

Please follow the directions below:

1. The Volunteer Application Forms are available online.  The forms (6 pages) are offered in Adobe Acrobat PDF format. This file is optimized to provide the shortest transfer times for print output. 

If you do not have the Acrobat PDF software already, you may obtain the software for free here. When it is installed correctly, you will be able to click on the link below and the Volunteer Application Forms will appear within your browser window.

2. Print the all three forms; six total pages:

• Volunteer Application,

• Volunteer Release and

• Volunteer Background Check. 

3. Complete all three forms.  Please note a Social Security number is required to conduct a background check.  

4. Return all completed forms via either:

• Mail - Volunteer Pasadena, PO Box 672,  Pasadena, TX  77501

• Fax - 713-475-4871

• In Person - City Hall, 1211 Southmore (hallway door off lobby), Pasadena 77502

The information you provide will only be used in relation to volunteer assignments and will not be made available to the general public. Volunteer appointments require a background check.  A Social Security number is required on the Volunteer Background Check Form.  You will be contacted shortly after your application is received.
