The Board of Directors of the Pasadena Second Century Corporation will hold a meeting open to the public on April 29, 2013. At that meeting they will present agenda items and approve minutes from the previous meeting of March 19, 2013.
Public notice of technical violation of TCEQ water sampling standards
The City of Pasadena Public Water System failed to collect the
required number of triggered source bacteriological samples for indicator bacteria monitoring
of the ground water system during July, 2012. This monitoring is required by the Texas
Commission on Environmental Quality’s (TCEQ’s) “Drinking Water Standards” and the federal
“Safe Drinking Water Act,” Public Law 95-523.
