Information Center recognized as valuable community resource
The Neighborhood Network/Industry Network was recently recognized by BAYCAP and the Pasadena Citizens Advisory Council for its newly expanded Information Center at City Hall. Facilitator Diane Sheridan wrote:
The City of Pasadena Neighborhood Network and its Industry Network are managed by BAYCAP and Pasadena CAC member Karen Hollon. Her office, just inside the doors of City Hall, is home to an expanded Information Center where organizations may place appropriate materials that would be of help or interest to local residents, such as those in the homeowners associations that comprise the Neighborhood Network. For example, I will be taking Karen some BAYCAP and PCAC fact sheets and meeting notices as well as CAER Line magnets.
You may bring materials to Karen at City Hall, 1211 Southmore, Pasadena 77502. Enter the main doors, go through the lobby, and look for "Industry and Neighborhood Network Division" at the first door on your right.
If you have questions about what you may bring, contact Karen at 713-475-7221 or KHollon@ci.pasadena.tx.us.
If you have materials that will help inform residents about important community services, give Karen Hollon a call to arrange display and distribution. It's a great way of outreach that is free to use.
For more information on the Neighborhood Network Division or how to create a neighborhood organization, call Karen Hollon , Division Manager, at 713-475-7221 or email her at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you plan on coming by, the Neighborhood Network Division office is located in the City of Pasadena Municipal Services Building (old Police Dept. building), 1114 Davis, second floor.
