Daily Admission:
$10 for Pasadena residents (over 48 inches tall)
$12 for non-residents (over 48 inches tall)
$6 for Pasadena residents (under 48 inches tall)
$8 for non-residents (under 48 inches tall)

Guests under 48 inches are not able to use water slides.

Season Passes:
$70 for Pasadena residents
$90 for non-residents

Season passes are on sale now. Each person who purchases a season pass will need their picture taken in the Strawberry Park Office (1104 Parkside - under the white pavilion).

Rental Information:
Rental Rooms, Cabanas and Island Umbrellas are available for rental only. For all rentals, you must have a valid, state-issued ID.

Rental Rooms
• Rental Room: two hour maximum, $20 per person (10 person minimum, 25 person maximum).
• $100 deposit; $20 non-resident fee.
• Price includes admission into the water park for the day.
• Rental package includes food and one 12 oz. soda with a free refill per guest. The guest of honor will receive food, one collector’s cup and three refills.
• Room must be rented 7 days in advance at the Strawberry Office (1104 Parkside - under white pavilion).
• Complete rental cost is due at time of reservation.

• Cabana: $45 for two hours; $75 for four hours; $140 for eight hours.
• Cabanas allow four people and include four chairs and one small side table.
• Water park admission is not included in cabana rental price.
• May be rented in advance at the Strawberry Office or day of, if available, at Strawberry Water Park.

Island Umbrellas
• Island Umbrellas: $45 for two hours; $75 for four hours; $140 for eight hours.
• Island Umbrellas allow eight people and include four chairs.
• Water park admission is not included in island umbrella rental price.
• May be rented in advance at the Strawberry Office or day of, if available, at Strawberry Water Park.

General Rules:
1. All persons entering the facility must pay the admission fee.
2. Any child under the age of 13 must be supervised by a person who is at least 16 years of age, with proper swim attire and who must remain with that child or children at all times.
3. Proper swimwear must be worn. Unacceptable clothing includes jeans, cut-offs, cotton shirts, basketball shorts, and undergarments not made for swimming. Dri Fit material is acceptable.
4. Children who wear diapers must wear swim diapers.
5. All non-swimmers must wear a USCG approved life vests. Inflatable flotation devices are not allowed.
6. All swimmers must shower before entering the pool.
7. No running around the pool.
8. No horseplay, dunking, pushing or shoving.
9. No eating or drinking in the pool.
10. No smoking inside pool fence or in the pool house.
11. No profanity.
12. No coolers or outside food or drink allowed.
13. No climbing on non-play structures, including but not limited to: plants, umbrellas, fence, etc.
14. No electronics in the pool.
15. Glassware of any kind and sharp objects are prohibited from the pool deck.
16. Alcohol and drugs are prohibited from the pool area. Any persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not allowed in the pool area.
17. City of Pasadena is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
18. All riders for the slides must be 48” tall.
19. For safety reasons, personal items are not allowed on the slides.
20. There will be no rain out passes or cash refunds.
21. Cabanas and island umbrellas must be rented.
22. Only service animals are permitted inside.
23. Pool Manager may remove anyone from the pool area in violation of the rules.

Frequently Asked Questions:
• Is there a limit on how many people can enter the water park?
Yes, the capacity of the water park is 600 people inside the gates. Upon prepaid ticket sale or entrance, you will be given a wristband. That wristband must be on your person at all time. If it is lost, please have your receipt to verify and receive another wristband.

• Can I buy tickets and/or rent cabanas in advance?
You may rent or buy tickets in advance at the Strawberry Office (1104 Parkside - under the white pavilion).

• How can I get the discounted rate for Pasadena residents?
When you purchase your tickets, you must show a valid photo ID or a utility bill (with photo ID) in your name with a Pasadena address.

• Do you accept credit cards?
Credit cards are accepted at the water park, but there is a $5 minimum purchase requirement for credit card transactions and, in accordance with city ordinance, a 4 percent processing fee will be added to all debit/credit card charges.

• Do I have to pay for my toddler/child to enter the water park?
Yes. Because we are limited to the number of people who may enter the water park and because a ratio of lifeguards to water park guests must be maintained, every person who enters the facility must pay the admission fee.

• Are there lockers available?
Lockers and provided locks are available for $1. You will be required to leave identification at the ticket window until the lock is returned upon your exit.

• Can I bring a cooler/ice chest/food/drink to the water park?
No. If found with a cooler, you will be asked to return it to your vehicle. Concession items are available for purchase. We have priced the items on our current concession menu to be no more than $5; that includes hot dogs ($2.25), hamburgers ($2.50), cheeseburgers ($3.00), chips ($1.25), Pepsi fountain drinks ($1.00-$2.25, depending on size), Gatorade ($1.75) and bottled water ($.75), funnel fries ($2.75-$4.75, depending on size) and Island Oasis Iced Drink ($2.50).

• Are lap swim passes available?
Not at this time; however, we are looking into adding exercise programs later this summer.

• Where should I park?
Parking is open in the front of the water park (near the entrance). This is located between the tennis center and the playground.

• Can I book a party at the water park?
Yes. Rental reservations for the summer season 2016 will start Friday, May 27.

• What about field trips and daycare groups?
Field trips and daycares are encouraged to pre-pay for their tickets and must demonstrate at least a 1 counselor to 7 children ratio. Counselor must remain in sight of their group and may be required to enter the water.

• What happens if bad weather hits while I’m at the water park?
If thunder or lighting occurs, everyone must exit the facility for safety. If the park reopens, there will be a one hour window for those patrons to return. If the park is not able to be opened, there will be no refunds if the patron was in the facility for one hour or more before being asked to exit. Receipt must be presented.

• Can I come and go?
No, the cashiers will allow you to leave for no more than 5-10 minutes and must sign your wristband before you exit.

A Few Fun Facts:
- The slide tower is 30 feet tall.
- There are three sizes of tubes available for the lazy river, including some that seat two-people.
- There are 10 strawberries in the walk along section of the pool, which were designed by the general contractors on the project, Progressive Commercial Aquatics.
- At any given time, there are 22 lifeguards on deck.
